This state-of-the-art modular building, for grades one to three, was designed by Mcildowie Partners and delivered by Prebuilt in only nine short months.

An architecturally designed education facility with minimal impact on students and staff.

The new building comprises four learning areas, three classrooms, reception, staff offices and recreation areas, and the refurbishment of the multipurpose hall.

The building was installed on a weekend to minimise disruption to the school program, with the onsite works completed over the following three months.

Significant improvements were undertaken outside, including a substantial retaining wall, sandpits and playgrounds and hard and soft landscaping to nestle the building into its surroundings.

A detailed excavation, saw the building nestled into the site to facilitate a first-floor entry sequence.
